The security deposit will be released 7 business days after departure if there is no damage or any breach of our policies described below. The security deposit shall be used to pay for damages to the property including but not limited to the structure, hot tub, contents, furniture or appliances. The security deposit shall also be used for any major cleaning of floors, walls, appliances, hot tub or furniture that requires extra time from our cleaning staff. brbrAll or part of the deposit will be forfeited if the tenant breaches one of the following:brbr1.The maximum occupancy of the chalet. Breach of this will result in full forfeiture.br2. A noise complaint is reported against the tenant or any of his/her guests. Breach of this will result in full forfeiture.br3. The tenant parks more than 4 cars at the designated parking areas. A breach of this will result in a $250 forfeiture. br4. Smoking is strictly prohibited within or in any of the chalets or in any of the hot tubs or the steam rooms. A breach of our smoking policy will result in a $500 forfeiture.br5.Using illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Blue View property. A breach of this will result in a $500 forfeiture.brNO Fireworks Permitted. Failure to adhere to these regulations will result in a $650 fine. brbrHot Tub and Sauna Use & Technical IssuesbrbrWhile we make every effort to ensure that all amenities, including the hot tub and sauna, are fully operational, guests acknowledge that occasional technical issues may occur beyond our control. This includes situations where the hot tub or sauna are malfunctioning.brbrIn such cases, we will try our best to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. However, if a verified hot tub or sauna malfunction detected and cannot be resolved during their stay, a reimbursement of 10% of the total stay cost will be issued. This reimbursement constitutes full and final compensation, and no further refunds or claims will be considered.brbrIn the event of a cancellation, any refund due shall be issued strictly in accordance with our cancellation policy. The applicable credit card transaction fee, together with a non-refundable administration fee of $75, shall be deducted from the refund amount.

It will be visible and possibly heard during your stay.brbr- You may notice a few small square cutouts on some walls. This was from previous work on the junction boxes. It is nothing more than an aesthetic concern and does not pose any safety risks.brbr- Each unit is provided with only 1 parking pass but we can provide you with alternative arrangements. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis so please reach out to our team should you require additional parking.br1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.brbr2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.brbr3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out.
