There is parking at the property.brbr2 to 5 minute walk to restaurants such as Harveys, Sports bars (e.g., Moose Winooskis) Pub, Tim Hortons, Starbucks or about 15 minute walk to the Walter Bean Grand River Trail.brbrA 5 minute walk to Go bus terminal for trips in to Toronto.  On Go route 25 - Waterloo to Toronto.  We recommend having a car but it is possible to function from this location with public transportation and walking to nearby amenities.brbrWe bought our home because we need to easily access Toronto, airports (YYZ, YKF, or YHM and the west side (Guelph, Mississauga) and the tech community in Waterloo.brbrThe house gives you access to two full bath rooms upstairs and a half bath (toilet & sink) on the main level.brbr2 bedrooms, a washer and dryer are upstairs.  One bathroom with a private en-suite bath, the other with access to a bathroom in the main upstairs hall.
