Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, along with each having a closet and a Roku tv and a private balcony with seating. The third bedroom also has a closet and has a twin bed, along with a full size futon couch that can be made into a bed if desired. brbrThere are two full bathrooms, each with enclosed glass showers. A full size washer and dryer is also present for your convenience. There is a third larger balcony off the living room with balcony chairs and partial lake views, that’s great for a glass of wine! brbrThe kitchen has everything needed to create a lovely meal if you so desire, along with plenty of seating for dinners. The dining area is also great for family board games. The living area has ample comfortable seating and is beautifully decorated and boasts a 65 inch Roku tv for personal streaming. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all open to allow for family and friends to gather and enjoy! brbrThe gated condo resort is right on the lake and has a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, and two beach swimming areas. There is also a lake front sunning deck and various outdoor gathering areas, in both soft grassy areas, and a beautiful area with pavers, a waterfall, and fire pits. This sun filled, updated and harbor side condo is located on Catawba Island where some of the most beautiful restaurants, wineries and outdoor entertainment areas are just a stones throw away.brWe purchased this condo because we wanted to find a unit with a private boat dock for this condos use (up to a 30 foot boat) and happily stumbled across this new listing. brWe snatched it up! It was perfect!brWonderful floor plan with open views, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, two bedrooms, two full baths and the best view of the harbor! We plan to enjoy many afternoons and evenings perched on this balcony enjoying the boats sailing by and admiring the stars at night.brWe also were pleased with the newer pool and hot tub area. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun or read a book under one of the provided chairs and umbrellas. The association is attractively landscaped and well maintained. That was important to us as I am sure as a guest it would be too.brThere is an added bonus with this unit as well. We purchased this unit as an empty unit and have spent the last few months decorating with all new furniture, bedroom mattresses and decor.
