The Sherwood Home: 3 BR W/Garage Use, Convenient to 1-75

Very nice property. Very quiet area, but close to everything. Had a small maintenance issue that was resolved almost immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy! Lots of space to hang out! Will be staying here again. Only drawback is the driveway is very steep and can be slippery during winter months - but we did have use of the garage which was great!

Place was clean and nice , owner was engaging.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Living spaces and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated Matthew’s response to our questions. We did have the opportunity to try the recommendation of Bill’s donut shop this morning. The butter twist donut was outstanding! Thank you for a great home away from home.

Great house for our family’s needs

Great family stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean. We loved the complementary bottled water and candy. We were pleasantly surprised that we got to use the garage. The location and the informational guest book are great!. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the property. We felt that there needed to be more towels and a full length mirror. I appreciated the quick responses I received from the owner. The beds and space was very comfortable. The master bedroom could have used another nightstand. I liked having access to a blow up mattress as well as extra linens. My parents who are older were cold and did not feel there were enough blankets to supply everyone staying. It was very homey and a great space for us all to land between graduation and party planning. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Such a great house in a nice, quiet neighborhood! House was exceptionally clean! It was spacious, well outfitted, nicely updated and the use of the garage was a huge plus for me! We will stay again if in the area!

Stayed at this location for Dayton area Thanksgiving. Very clean and house was perfect. Would reserve again.

We had a couple of issues and the owner dealt promptly. Plenty of room. Nice backyard space. Clean garage included for our use.

I booked this place for me and my bridesmaids for the weekend leading up to my wedding. It was perfect for what we needed and we all had a great time!
