If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.brbr3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.brbr4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it. brbr5) There is a $200 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.brbr6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.brbr7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost.
