The 1870s building has been completely renovated from the ground up. From a design perspective, it strikes a beautiful balance between the old and new. We kept some of the older historic features, such as pieces of the original wall and the fireplace, to show what condition the building was in before the renovation. brbrThe condos are designed for socializing: both feature a large open living area and kitchens featuring marble counter top bars that can comfortably seat a family. brbrYou`ll find that the kitchen is the perfect launching point for your night out and also the perfect place to debrief with your friends or family at the end of the night.brbrThe living room contains plenty of comfortable seating, with a midcentury theme.brbrSince the bedrooms are on the second floor they offer lots of privacy and a separate space to recharge between adventures. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.brbr3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.brbr4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it. brbr5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.brbr6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.brbr7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
