Beautiful Newly Renovated East Hampton getaway!

This house has been well taken care of and newly decorated, is 2,700 sq foot on the 2 main floors and has a finished basement not part of the square footage. It is on an acre of land that is pristine and well manicured. It boosts an oversized large private heated swimming pool and is part of a great private neighborhood. Situated just north of town, the neighborhood has tennis courts. The house itself has all new furniture, including new bedroom sets, basic and necessary kitchenware and 3 large mounted 60 inch television sets with cable. This makes for a great place to getaway with all the comforts of home and is the perfect house for a family vacation.( please no events, parties or large gatherings allowed, sorry) The house is a 4 bedroom, all large in size with 2.5 bath.. It is close to the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, Montauk and many beaches. We are renting for 5 day minimums and a 2 month maximum . (Note- the fireplace can not be used). brbr At checkout you will have the option of either purchasing outside accidental damage protection from a third party which will cover up to $5,000 of damage for just $99, or to pay the $750 refundable damage deposit.. Either way, we ask you to enjoy everything but to please be aware that everything is pretty new and to please take care of it for the next party to enjoy as well
