Family beach house

We had a great stay at the beach house. Clean tidy with everything a family could ask for.

Our family had a terrific stay over Christmas. The house was very clean, comfortable, and there were so many extra little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It was also such a convenient location with the beach across the road, and local shops and eateries a 3min drive away. The outdoor area is perfect for unwinding around the pool and enjoying a nice bbq meal. The kitchen has ample cutlery, crockery and cookwear, so no need to byo. Communication was excellent and Nicole was very warm and accommodating. We felt very lucky to stay here and would happily return again!

We stayed here with another family with kids and absolutely loved it! Very clean, lots of space and the pool was great and walkable to nearby beaches for more swimming. Will definitely try to book in again.

We had a great stay here with 2 families of 4 (four adults and four kids aged 4-6). Check in process was very smooth and even allowed extra time before official check in and after official check out. This was great for us.The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dry goods. Plenty of clean linen with the option to wash clothes with a working washing machine and laundry. Kids just loved the pool.Cleanliness was generally ok. We have a few sensitive to dust so we’re a bit itchy in the carpet area upstairs and the upholstered couch downstairs. Overall a fantastic stay with a great host and would definitely come back.

Nicole was a fantastic host. We stayed in spring the temps were in transition between cool and hot so we were comfortable there. Nicole was communicative and house was very well provisioned in terms of kitchenware, pantry, toiletries, linen etc. We probably had some user error issues with dishwasher long washes, stove (I wasn't first to use so placard was on the side) or microwave, but nothing we couldn't work around - never enough time on a short weekend trip to read instructions. House was in a great location and it was well taken care of - clean, and fresh looking, had plenty of room for us to lounge around. Also Nicole was able to assist us also re our lost item, for which we are very grateful. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nicole has thought of everything to make the stay just that little better

We had a great stay in october, the house is so well stocked. Niocle provideds so many extras its amazing, the kitchen is stocked very well, making cooking easy.

The perfect spot for a weekend away with friends. The house is beautifully presented, so comfortable and relaxing. Kitchen well equiped. Close to amazing coffee shop and beach. Will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay, a very comfortable and welcoming home in a great location. Close to Crackneck Lookout for fabulous whale watching and we enjoyed brunch at nearby Shelly Beach surf club.

Very nice house, we had such a good time.

This place must be one of the best rentals we have had. It was clean and comfortable, but the amazing thing was the appointment of well matched and more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking pots and pans and extra blankets and pillows and even fishing rods and bikes. The little touches everywhere made it most enjoyable. Well done Nicole.
