The penthouse features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with two separate living areas. The upper-level open-plan living space also includes a queen bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for larger groups or families. From here, you'll enjoy stunning elevated ocean views.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, as well as a private parking area with space for up to four vehicles.

Please Note:
Due to recent coastal erosion, the private garden steps leading directly to the beach have been washed away by the ocean. However, beach access remains easy and convenient—simply turn left onto the road and you'll find a public access point just a two-minute walk away.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.

A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).

For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
