This level has an open plan lounge, with 65 inch TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that flows out onto a large entertaining deck. The deck has a 10 seater outdoor dining table where you can relax and take in the fantastic hinterland and water views. On this level is the master bedroom with king sized bed, which opens onto the deck, has amazing views and an ensuite. Also on this level is the main bathroom, with bath tub and shower, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and doors opening onto the front garden. Keep the family entertained with the new home cinema which is a smart TV so you can watch the latest shows and movies on! brbrThe top floor has a media room, with a 75 inch TV and sofa bed, which can sleep two children (upon application). There’s also a bathroom and bedroom with two long, single zip beds. Both the media room and bedroom open onto a balcony.brbrThe lower floor features a huge second living area, with 65 inch TV, and a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a fridge.
