Azzurra - Huge Elevated Deck and Glorious Water Views

Everything about this house was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, had ample kitchen tools, and the view was awesome! It’s a short walk down stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed our four nights here!

Excellent location just seconds from the beach. Easy walk into town. Beautiful house, plenty of room and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay.

House was beautuifully presented and as advertised.Appliances were all top line, as well as furnishings.A wonderful place for large groups/family.

The living spaces were large with plenty of choice to escape if anyone needed a bit of private time. The property was spotless, and the furniture, accessories and appliances were good quality. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including large serving platters which we found very useful. There were multiple options for dining, with a large kitchen island, a large dining table and outside tables on both decks. The outside decking spaces were large, the lower one was enormous. Both took advantage of the beautiful water view. We felt we were among the tree tops often visited by kookaburras and other beautiful birds. The direct beach access was a bonus. The property is a short drive from shops and cafes. All in all a perfect spot for a holiday for up to 10 people. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Very beautiful house, right on the beach. Shout out to the cleaners, because the house was spotless! The cleanest house I have ever stayed at. Beautiful path along the beach a short distance to the Town. 3 living areas,5 beds, great for a huge family or two. Azzura was our favorite by far!

Great open plan living with undercover decks where you can enjoy a BBQ and admire the sweeping views.There is plenty to explore at Nelson Bay with playground equipment for kids and lovely coastal walks and easy beach access. Cafe's and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. There is easy access to Duchy's beach below the property.The only concerns were the TV's and only 6 standard size wine glasses. I think for a 5 bedroom house you need more standard size wine glasses. After 2 days one TV broke down and there was a problem with the remote on the other TV and picture was not great. These are not big issues and I'm sure can be rectified by the owner. A great place to stay and would recommend it to families.

The house was immaculate with plenty of space to accommodate our family including a separate downstairs area which meant the grandparents could also find some peace from the little ones! The house was stunning with beautiful views and easy (albeit steep) access to the beach, playground and walkway to the town centre. We had a great stay thank you.

This house is amazing! Well equipped for gatherings and the location is number one! Everyone was in awe of the view and access to the beach. The oldies slept in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the younger ones had their own quarters downstairs . Cannot fault anything, will definitely come back and stay here again.
