The house is perfect for a family of four but has the facilities to include a few others as well.br brThere is an enclosed garage underneath. And an elevated deck surrounds half of the house at the front.br brComfortable all year round – the house sits high and gets cooling sea breezes but also has reverse cycle air conditioning for those really hot summer days. In the winter, the unit heats the house but for ambience, there is also a wood fired heater.br brTastefully furnished, comfortable and only minutes from all the attractions of Mollymook and surrounds. The local bowling club is just around the corner, 600m to Tallwood shops and a kilometre to the north end of patrolled Mollymook beach. The surrounding area is renowned for its swimming, surfing, fishing, bushwalking and golf (two courses).
