Great location and amenities

For starters, the hosts were very welcoming. The house is so close to Mollymook Beach, with terrific water views. It is very spacious and very flexible for multiple guests with bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs

Harry & Sylvia responded very quickly to queries regarding our stay. The house was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. It was a bonus being so close to Mollymook Beach.

Excellent location — beautiful sunrise views from the lounge and stunning scenery all around. We loved being able to fish right from the beach across the house. Our stay was wonderful, and Sylvia was a very responsive and helpful host.

We just spent three nights at the Mollymook Beach House celebrating Christmas. The house had everything we needed. The location is great - a short stroll to the beach - the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there are numerous spots throughout the property to sit and have lunch o dinner.options.

This is a great house - location, sea views, roomy and works well for up to 12 adults which is why we come back every year. Easy walk to beach, coffee and shops and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Hosts are very welcoming and easy booking/check-in. You won't be disappointed. See you in '25!

A weekend getaway with a group of 50+ ladies from Sydney. Perfect house with individual rooms, plenty of space, well appointed and very clean. Easy arrival details and great location. We had a great time !

We had a great stay in Mollymook, the house was the perfect size for multiple families. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we have ever come across, including pate knives and cheese forks. We hope to be back soon.

We had a lovely weekend at the Beachhouse with our kids and grandkids (7 adults and 5 kids). The house had all we needed and worked well for our group. The living area is very spacious. I appreciated having a floor plan among the photos to sort out bedrooms in advance. (Be aware that the half bathroom is an extra shower. There are only two toilets). The beach is just a short walk away and it's not far into town to a playground and the Bogey Hole swimming spot. The hosts were excellent communicators from the time of booking, through check-in and after our stay. We would be very happy to stay there again.

This was place wasgreat value for money. It had everything you needed, close to beachand park for kids. Local cafes. Good for walks runs local wineries. 100% will be back. Only 1 thing that needs changing is dining table is a little small for 12 people.
