There is also reverse cycle airconditioning in the Chapel If you do not want to use the fire. brbrThe Chapel is close to Thredbo, access to Perisher is by the ski tube 9 km up the road, the Thredbo River for trout fishing and swimming in the summer, as well as the Thredbo Valley Trail for mountain bike riding, you can also use the Alpine way for road riding. The Booking may be stored by a third-party online travel agency (OTA) or by Alpine Property Management Pty Ltd (Property Manager).brBookings are made through an OTA, such as Airbnb, or directly through the Property Manager via telephone, email, or website.brbr3. PartiesbrThis Agreement is made between:brthe person(s) making the Booking, hereafter referred to as “Guest”, and the Home Owner hereafter referred to as “Host”.brThe “Rental Party” is comprised of the Guest and the persons indicated in the Booking (Members). TerminationbrThe Rental Party will vacate the premises at the expiration time of the Rental Period.brThe Host and Property Manager has the right to inspect the premises at any time. The house uses Tank Water only, no town water, there is only one tank, so please use water conservatively.br5. The fire wood - cut from the property, is available for your use throughout your stay.br6. The house has underfloor heating, please follow our guide on what settings are appropriate during your stay.br7. There is outdoor furniture available, and a fire pit, including a hammock for guests to enjoybr8. There is a gas BBQ available.br9. The pantry is a use and replace pantry, please feel free to use what is available and replace when consumed. We love cooking, so you should find the basics plus more!br10. It has a complete kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, sandwich press, and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods). There is a bathroom with a shower, as well as an internal laundry complete with a washing machine, dryer and drying cupboard to hang all your wet snow gear. brbrThe living area includes a 3-piece lounge, dining table, large smart TV and DVD player. There is a gas fireplace to keep you warm in winter and air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer. The joinery unit on the wall can be pulled down to convert into a queen-sized murphy bed with comfortable Posturepedic mattress.brbrThe downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be configured as two king singles if required. It has a full-sized ensuite bathroom with a spa, so you can unwind after a busy day of outdoor activities.brbrThe balcony has stunning views of the mountains and features a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor dining set. brbrGuests also have access to an indoor heated pool and sauna, gym and tennis courts and and other outdoor activities, including canoeing and kayaking in the warmer months. The chalet is located right next to the resort's cafe/restaurant and luxury day spa. brbrThe chalet is a 15-min drive to Thredbo and a 2-min drive to the Ski Tube for direct snow access to Perisher and Blue Cow ski fields. brbrThis property is not associated with or managed by the Lake Crackenback Resort. You will have free access to a few of the facilities offered by the Resort (including the pool, gym, sauna, BBQ facilities tennis courts and golf course). If you would like to use any of the other facilities of the Resort, extra charges may be incurred.
