PartiesbrThis Agreement is made between:brthe person(s) making the Booking, hereafter referred to as “Guest”, and the Home Owner hereafter referred to as “Host”.brThe “Rental Party” is comprised of the Guest and the persons indicated in the Booking (Members). Security DepositbrA security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings.brbrThis deposit is processed as a pre-authorisation (hold) on the Guest’s nominated credit card on the day of arrival. PropertybrThe property address is provided in the Booking (the “Property”).brFor the purposes of this Agreement, the Property includes the building itself, along with all fixtures and furnishings within the building or on the property grounds.brbr6. Rental PeriodbrThe check-in and check-out days are those indicated in the Booking.brThe “Rental Period” begins at 4:00PM on the check-in day and ends at 10:00AM on the check-out day of the Booking.brbr7. CostsbrThe nightly rate, other fees and charges, and security deposit are set out in the Booking.brbr8. Security DepositbrA security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings.brbrThis deposit is processed as a pre-authorisation (hold) on the Guest’s nominated credit card on the day of arrival. This is not a charge and no funds are withdrawn at that time.brbrThe pre-authorisation will be released following departure, provided that no damage, additional cleaning, missing items, or other breaches of this Agreement are identified during post-stay inspection.brbrThe Guest is responsible for ensuring that sufficient available funds are present on the nominated credit card at the time of pre-authorisation. TerminationbrThe Rental Party will vacate the premises at the expiration time of the Rental Period.brThe Host and Property Manager has the right to inspect the premises at any time. Should the Rental Party violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the Booking will be terminated immediately in accordance with the law. The Rental Party waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the Booking.brbr10. Damage and CleaningbrThe Rental Party will use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.brThe Rental Party will leave the premises in clean and undamaged condition.brThe Guest will immediately notify the Property Manager of any damage to the property.brThe Guest will pay for any cleaning required after their stay and for any repairs for damage occurring to the Property during the Rental Period.brThe Guest agrees that the Host will be entitled to remuneration for any costs associated with cleaning or repairs for damage caused by the Rental Party without constraint.brbr11. Spectacular new-built 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom mountain house. Idyllic main range views (watch the groomers on Mt Perisher from the deck). Wake to a stunning view of the sunrise over Crackenback from the bedrooms with kangaroos, deer and wombats grazing in front of you, enjoy a glass of WildBrumby Gluewein (located at the bottom of the hill) on the deck as you watch the sunset over the main range. brThis is how a mountain holiday should be, with you setting the agenda. Forget cramped resort rooms and the pressure to get out the door regardless of the conditions! brGreat location for accessing Thredbo (25 mins) and Perisher (13 mins from skitube). Jindabyne for supplies is 15 mins. brFor non-resort days enjoy stunning walks around our 100 acres, bring your bikes to up the pace a bit, say hello to our dorpers and highland longhorn cattle, enjoy a long lunch at the WildBrumby or Crackenback Farm, or just relax with a good book as you enjoy the solitude. You can bring everything you need and spend time away from it all, or visit all the local attractions the Snowy Mountains have to offer. The south coast is 2 hours away if you want a beach day. We do get big dumps of snow, so tobogganing around the property is possible, even skiing/boarding down the road has been done! Being at 1350metres altitude on a private road means there is lots of scope for mountain biking around the property.brWe love the flexibility of our house, with everybody able to do what they enjoy year round, in a house that has been built with mountain conditions in mind. The afternoon on the deck watching the 'bush TV' sunset will quickly become a ritual.brThe house is fully kitted out with everything you need, with Miele appliances in the kitchen and laundry, a dedicated workshop/drying room with a work bench for any equipment tuning needs, and a smart TV so you can access your subscription services.brThere is plenty of space inside and out. The large bespoke dining table (featured on the Re-wood website) is great for family meals and games, one of which is can you spot the redbacks in the table! Please be careful with the fireplace particularly when opening the door as it gets very hot and doesn't need a lot of wood. There is a glove to protect your hand from the heat.brThere is an onsite manager in a self-contained unit. The house and unit are attached but completely separate. Glenn our manager has a small very friendly Staffy dog who loves people, and will come in the house if allowed! For this reason no other pets are allowed. The house is above the snow line and a 4WD vehicle or chains is highly recommended in winter. The access road is well maintained but unpaved.
