Clear finished concrete floors provide wonderful warming radiant heat when there is a chill in the air. Both sides have full size kitchens, that include dishwasher, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, french press and Italian espresso coffee maker, large assortment of dinner and glassware, and all appliances are full size, making any meal preparation and cleanup easy! The glass dining tables for each area provide seating for 6 but that is only one option for dining. You may prefer to enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside in your own private patio area while listening to the morning birds. With plenty of morning sun, it may be enjoyed almost year round. Your casita is equipped with high speed internet, Apple TV's in both units, and netflix, which can be enjoyed on fully articulating flat screen TV's.
