We were more than pleased with the comfort of this lovely casita. Spotlessly clean, well equipped & stocked, roomy, private and beautifully decorated. Beyond expectation. Quick drive to downtown Santa Fe. Check-in was smooth, and we were so happy about the umbrella Amy offered us on a rainy day. Very thoughtful touches. We look forward to staying here again.

This was a new updated sizeable room with an outdoor living space in a quiet neighborhood. The space/location was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Easy check-in, great location, clean and inviting space, and easy check-out. Gorgeous little spot with everything you need. We stayed here for proximity to the city/good food and drove up to Ski Santa Fe for the day. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely book again

All in excellent condition, host thoughtful and detailed. Good coffee, half and half, lots of teas, comfortable bed with extra pillows & blankets, many lighting options, quiet location. Host checked in with us several times to be sure all was OK. It's a lovely space, very comfortable & homey.

I really enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean and great layout.

The Casita was very well appointed and the King bed was very comfy. (I had a little problem with the Split heat/cool system, but luckily my husband is more mechanical/tech savvy than I am!) Short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza. Tune Up Cafe is a great spot for breakfast! (Short walk or 3 minute drive)

This place was cute and just a short drive to the Plaza. Very clean, private, comfortable and we’d stay here again for sure. Thank you, Amy, the casita was a perfect home base for touristing in Santa Fe.

Would suggest the following:1. Put safety bars by toilet plus put them inside shower2. Put Keurig coffee machine in.3. TV too slow and complicated, put in a different one4. Would lower price to 165 to reflect value compared to others.

Very clean, well decorated with nice king size bed. TOO far away to walk to desired venues in Santa Fe. Couldn't find soaps for showering. Only a coffee press, no coffee maker or Keurig machine or other coffee making machine. If you like coffee might consider bringing your own or you'll have to go out for coffee. If you like sports on TV, you'll need to have a sports streaming account as you will not be able to watch games. The TV service is barely adequate. Overall, it was a nice clean space with a less in extras than an equally clean nice hotel room located within walking distance of desired Santa Fe cultural venues in the heart of Santa Fe. The management is very quick to answer questions. Very accommodating with help.

the Rose Casita was lovely. It was our first VRBO stay, so we were not entirely familiar, but everything went smoothly and the host communicated promptly. It was a very clean and comfortable stay, and had everything we needed for our stay in Santa Fe. Also very conveniently located.

The casita is compact, well appointed, and fully stocked. All modern and working appliances. Hostess was accessible and responsive. Neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pleasant. Only drawback is the distance into the heart of Old Santa Fe, which meant either walking in intense heat or driving into town to visit some of the sights and eat at many of our favorite restaurants.

Everything about this wonderful casita exceeded our expectations. Great and clear communication with the owner, spotless everywhere, and everything you could possibly need for a short weekend stay. We look forward to booking this again next year.

Very clean and so cute! The garden made a great morning coffee and reading spot. Was a perfect location to stay- minutes drive from downtown, the Railyard and so many great restaurants. An easy drive to great hiking spots. Would definitely stay again!

This quaint beautiful casita was the perfect place to stay! Its location is near everything within a few minutes and yet we had privacy in our own little patio. The flowers and landscaping were absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and we were amazed at how friendly everyone was. The food was delicious at every place (Tune-up cafe was our favorite and a short walk). The neighborhood felt so comfortable and safe with many dog walkers and friendly locals. The casita had everything we needed and more. Im going to miss that comfy bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this studio casita. Very clean, very comfortable, great bed and lovely out-door setting.Just a short couple of minutes driving from shops and many of Santa Fee's must visit.Wonderful host, very easy to contact and communicate with.

We were in Santa Fe looking at real estate and eating. Tried several restaurants listed in the properties guide book, including two within walking distance. The bed was great.

Terrific host — hassle-free experience from beginning to end. Beautiful, spotless, quiet, cosy one-room casita on a residential cul-de-sac. Comfortable king bed, good kitchen area, nice bathroom, private outdoor seating, washer and dryer. Minutes from the Plaza. We were delighted with the casita, and plan to stay here whenever we next return to Santa Fe.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Rose Casita. The location was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Much attention to detail and amenities so we were not wanting for anything. Great little outdoor sitting area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size. The host was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This little apartment was a pleasant stay. Owner was very responsive to our queries about the television and internet. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy.

Quiet and Equipped!

The casita is well appointed, warm, and welcoming. Its location is quiet but close to many shops. The host is communicative but unobtrusive. The decoration is thoughtful and the kitchen provides all the needs.

Rose Casita is a wonderful abode, very convenient to exploring the surrounding area and beyond. We found it to be very quiet with a peaceful front and back garden. The bed is very cozy and the casita is a perfect size for a relaxing getaway!

One of the best VRBO’s I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Host was so sweet and quick to communicate anything we might need. The space was so comfy, cozy and a perfect landing spot after all the adventuring we did in Santa Fe! Thank you so much and we hope to come back!

First time in santa fe good location easy to get around...

Such a delightful and well considered studio, we couldn't have asked for a better location that is so near everything we wanted to see yest nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The amenities that Amy provides are beyond considerate, a wide selection of teas, coffee and well you name it she has provided it. The wildflower habitat, the peaceful courtyard and the comfortable bed are just a few of the reasons we both say, stay, stay just a little bit longer...what a pleasure.

We stayed at the Rose Casita before and liked it so much that we had to return on our recent trip to Santa Fe. Owner has thought of everything and the casita is sparkling clean. We love the location as it's very easy to get downtown and also out of town on nearby roads. Will stay again whenever we return to SF.

The Rose Casita is exactly as described online. Very clean and lovely inside. Easy to find and good location for enjoying the Santa Fe area. It had all the amenities we needed. Extra benefit: washer & dryer. It was nice to enjoy the private yard in early morning or evening. Highly recommend. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This casita was better than described! So clean & beautiful! Check in was super easy! Amy thought of absolutely everything to make this place perfect (we never met her & she didn’t bother us at all). Very close to Canyon Road & the Plaza and just a short drive to Hyde Memorial State Park (don’t miss this)…but in a secluded, quiet & safe neighborhood. The side yard was great for morning coffee. Would be perfect for a solo traveler (if you’re wondering). The door is actually secluded behind a wall & door from the street. If you book this casita, I promise, you will not be disappointed!
