Stayed Sep 27, 2022We found the host & the property management company to be unresponsive. After we booked this property, we were notified that the roof would probably be replaced while we were at the property and there might be an issue w/ the dedicated parking space. A woman from the property management company called us shortly after we arrived to see if we had any questions. The woman asked if we had received a discounted rate due to the roof work & mentioned the amount that the property should have been discounted. I left a message for her the next morning telling her the rate we paid, which did not appear to be discounted, and asked her to look into the rate and get back to us. We received no response. I then contacted Luke (the property host) via a message in VRBO (which he & I had both used previously to communicate w/ each other) to inquire about the rate we were charged. I received no response. Meanwhile, the roof work woke us up early every morning, we were inconvenienced by the lack of a dedicated parking space & the roof work noise was so loud it was sometimes difficult to hold a conversation on the outside patio. Other than the unresponsiveness from the host & the property management company, and a minor housekeeping issue (the coffee pot had coffee from a previous guest left in it), the property was nice.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025It was a very nice place to stay. The second bed is ridiculously high which was inconvenient but comfortable once in it. The major issue is that there was a lot of work being done on a unit close to ours. The loud music, tools, and chemical odor made it impossible to enjoy the patio or keep the doors open. The check-in was delayed due to the housekeeper taking the keys. The kitchen was lovely and fine for a short stay.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Although the photos looked promising, the accommodations were disappointing--the smaller bedroom had inadequate AC--we had to use a box fan in order to sleep. The showers had very low water flow. The blinds in the living room and smaller bedroom were broken. The patio door lock did not function. The smaller bathroom was not clean. We would not stay there again.

Stayed May 8, 2025This apartment is a 5 minute walk to the historic district. It is a short drive to Canyon Road. Parking is directly in front of the unit, making it very convenient. The apartment is roomy and well stocked with towels and pillows. The manager responded quickly to our one request. There is a patio and common area with a grill. It is a 5 min drive to WholeFoods or Sprouts making it easy to purchase necessary items. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Very comfortable, we were close to everything. Enjoyed the museums, shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. Take the free shuttle from the Plaza to Canyon Rd, great way to spend the afternoon. The gas fireplace in the living room was a welcome addition during the chilly nights.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024The space was lovely and very close to the Plaza. We walking almost everywhere we wanted to go. We LOVED being able to park, right in front of the unit. Had a bit of trouble understanding where to park and where the unit was actually located within the complex. More communication needs to be provided regarding the logistic of the unit.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We (husband and 19 yo son, and myself) came to Santa Fe to celebrate our future daughter-in-law’s graduation from Southwestern College. We loved the condo! It was a gated community in the heart of old Santa Fe. It was very clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. There was a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. We loved the access to a private courtyard was available from the main living area as well as the primary bedroom. Highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024The property was clean and very close to the plaza. Had a great location to town. Main bedroom was large while the 2 nd bed room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t realize that it was a condo in a locked development. There were only windows front to back, it felt cave like during the day with little sunlight. Fortunately, we only slept there. This meet our 3 night stay adequately.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Really enjoyed our stay. Would come again. More light and hooks for towels etc in second bedroom would have been nice but otherwise wonderful. The unit is very well equipped and appointed. Be great for a ski holiday! Parking was right outside the door.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Property extremely clean and better than advertised!! Plenty of towels and included extras - like the blow dryer I forgot to bring! Great location to downtown. Was able to walk to where we wanted to go. Common outdoor seating are with nightly gas fire pit was a hit! Will definitely stay her again and / or recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while relaxing in Santa Fe.

Stayed May 25, 2024We really enjoyed walking to all the cool places in the area of Santa Fe's plaza. The location was close to all kinds of nice places - restaurants, touristy stuff, and grocery stores. Very enjoyable.
