Home and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful front and back outdoor areas. Easy access getting in and out of home. Information about the area and maps are handy for reading and owner responds quickly. I would stay again and definitely recommend to friends.

Great house. Very close to the plaza and railway districts. Twenty minute walk to Canyon Road. House was very comfortable and clean. Will consider staying again. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this home! It's on a very quiet street and is a 10 minute flat and safe walk to the central plaza area. The home is very clean and has everything we could have needed during our stay. Excellent heating/AC options for every room. 2 great full bathrooms, nice and comfy beds and bedding. Luxurious bath towels and every electric gadget you can imagine in the kitchen. Board games, great TV w/ streaming services, beautiful outdoor spaces, and lovely artwork throughout the house. Great communication with the owner. We'd love to stay here again should we come to Santa Fe.

This property was one of the most well appointed we have ever stayed in. Location was within walking distance of most everything we wanted. Dolina’s cafe/bakery next door was fantastic. The place was very clean, roomy and the kitchen had everything you could want, plus. The following were so appreciated: tissues and coasters all around the house, heating/AC easy to use, plenty of ports for charge cords, lighting options for bright overhead or softer lamps, nightlights built into receptacles, off street parking… Communication from host was proactive and responsive. Perfect stay.

This property was walking distance to the plaza, downtown and the Georgia O’Keefe Museum and the NM History Museum. Property was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. The only issue was no soap/body wash in the shower/bathrooms. Other than that the property was perfect. I would stay again. Thank you, Pearl.

This is an excellent property. Well located to the square, to quality restaurants, the Railyard and nearby shopping. Quality amenities. More kitchen appliances than I know how to operate. Nice touches, like nightlights in the power outlets. Great shower and quality linens. We especially enjoyed the yard for after dinner libations and stargazing.We’ll be looking forward to a return visit.

This casita is perfect to get around the city of Santa Fe. The host is most delightful and quick to answer any questions you might have. The inside of the casita is full of every amenity, including coffee pods! The beds are very comfortable and the whole inside smells wonderful (which is hard to find).

Great for our visit, close to everything. This well appointed house is tucked into downtown and has a remarkable amount of space inside. So many extras to meet your needs. We just needed more vacation time.

Everything was fine with the property. The construction at the entrance of the street made finding the house very difficult and then getting in and out was very problematic. We had no advance warning of this, which would have been helpful.

The house is in a perfect location, within blocks of all of Santa Fe and close to roads leading to other northern tourist sites like Bandelier National Monument and Taos. The house was extremely spacious and comfortable. We had a great experience.

We stayed here for the third time, and we completely enjoyed it again. The house is very comfortable and nice, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely yard. The location is great, too.

The home was extremely comfortable. All the rooms were suppied with the aminities found at home. The kitchen was filled with any appliance needed from making a cup of coffee to preparing a meal. The location was within a few blocks of a large shopping center, a coffee shop, the plaza, and more.

House was very lovely. Great location 15 minute walk to Plaza area. Host was very nice. When we needed extra towels she was there in 10 minutes with them. Her instructions for everything was very well communicated. Love having air conditioning controls in each bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place, walking distance to Plaza. Only issue was parking, since both couples that stayed here had a car, and visitors had mobility issues leading to minor inconvenience to park some distance away.

The hosts provided almost everything you could need for a visit in Santa Fe. Communication was very quick and lots of info in Welcome book!

This house was very nice, comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, large kitchen...all very clean. The best part was its close location to Santa Fe's historic district; we walked everywhere. Check in/out was easy; great communication with owners.

This was probably the best VRBO property we have ever styed in. Spotlessly clean. On a quiet dead end street. The house had every conceivable appliance available. With mini splits in every room and ceiling fans and heaters everyone can be completely comfortable. A short walk to the Plaza. Absolutely perfect!

Comfortable, quiet, and plenty of room for my wife and I as we visited the Santa Fe area. Close to restaurants, grocery, walkable to Plaza area for shopping and museums. We ate out mostly but did prepare some meals at the house - the kitchen was well-appointed with the pots/pans/utensils needed. Easy entry. Host let us know they were accessible though we did not need to reach out. Would definitely look into staying there again if we return to Santa Fe.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe. The house is cute, very clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. The location is fantastic, you can easily walk to the Plaza and the Railyard district.

The house was perfect for two couples, very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Everything we needed was there. The best part is the location. Right off Guadeloupe on a quiet dead end street. And within a two minute walk of Dolina - a fantastic breakfast and pastry place and Chopstix- a classic hole in the wall Asian place with great food- some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful little house, walking distance to the Plaza, restaurants and many conveniences. The fully equipped kitchen was great, and the cozy living room was perfect for hanging out. We qould definitely stay there again.

Stayed in Alamagordo after visiting White Sands. Nice neighborhood, clean and spacious home. Very comfortable, would stay there again.

Loved the location!

Loved being within walking distance of the plaza, coffee shops and restaurants. Construction of the main road and sidewalk makes it not ideal at the moment for families with small children, but that's temporary. The place has well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom is large and looks recently renovated. The main bathroom was clean, but the shower grout is stained with mold. Pearl (host) was responsive and communicative. Made it super easy.

This was a quaint little house right off of a busy street that afforded privacy and a centralized location. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was our second time to rent the home. It’s convenient for walking to the Plaza, and driving to the opera. A grocery, a drug store and other shops are walking distance, as are numerous restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet with a front porch to enjoy being outside. Amenities are supplied and well stocked. I highly recommend this home.

The home fit all our needs. It was well equipped, including with pantry and housekeeping supplies. The lay-out of the house was great, with a balance of group and private space. The owner was quick to respond, and even alerted us of a storm related power outage. The neighborhood was quiet, with easy walkable access to historic Santa Fe.

Clean, well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. We could walk to almost anything in the downtown area. The only thing we had to drive to was Museum Hill. Restaurants were close. Quick walk to the Plaza. We would/will stay there again.
