Up the stairs you'll find the guest room complete with a Queen sized bed and a Double bed, small desk, access to the private 3/4 bathroom with a shower, and the private entrance to the balcony overlooking the river down below. Outside, you will find the well designed steps leading down to the river. The firepit has plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows, and reminisce about the good ‘ol days or wet your hook in the greatness of the Red River while the little ones run a muck burning off that extra energy! There is an ample parking with the circular driveway, so plenty of space for the whole gang and some toys! You can just jump on your razor and head for the trails straight from the driveway!
