It is reported to have been built in the 1880's by the infamous builder Abenicio Salazar and was the first doctor's office in town. We're walking distance to restaurants, unique shops/art galleries/ grocery stores, the Rail Runner & shuttles to two casinos. Casita is a day's drive to many scenic byways including Santa Fe, Taos, Corrales, Jemez, the Sandia Mountains including the world famous tramway; fishing, golf, hiking, biking, the Albuquerque Zoo & Botanical Park, vineyards, breweries, the world renowned balloon park & so much more! Cozy & convenient is how former guests have described the casita. brbrThe casita is very cozy, quaint, functional and quiet. Due to the thick adobe walls, it stays cool in the summer & warm in the winter. brbrOur comfortable and convenient casita has all new appliances, a heater/refrigerated air combo, hard wood floors, tiled floors in both kitchen and bathroom. It is quiet, safe and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, the recreation center & the Rail Runner.
