The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out into a double bed. Walking past the living room you will find the dining table and the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinet space to store things brought into the home. The appliances are all new and all stainless steel. Artz Cabin is known for its amazing view of the mountains and perfect for people who want to be a little more secluded in the town of Red River. This two-story home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is backed up to the National Forest where you will more than likely see wildlife frequently! If you are looking for a rustic cabin to kick your feet up, then you have come to the right place. Although there are houses near the Artz Cabin, you will be able to sit out on the large deck and enjoy the silence and the fresh air. This home offers plenty of room for children and adults alike to explore and enjoy the forest. Once you walk up the stairs and enter into the home, you will immediately see the large living room, kitchen, and dining area -- the vaulted ceiling opening up all of these areas. The living room has great views from the many windows and has plenty of natural light. The living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD player to watch satellite or bring movies to watch with family and friends! Light up the wood-burning fireplace to set a relaxing atmosphere while you relax on the couch or in one of the recliners. Artz Cabin also provides free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! Attached to the living room you will find a nice sized kitchen with plenty of counter space. Next to the kitchen is the dining room table where you can enjoy your meal while being able to see the forest from the window near the table. On the main level, you will find two bedrooms down the hallway. The first bedroom has a queen bed with its own closet and a TV. The next bedroom also has a queen and is right across the hall; with a flat-screen TV and a closet for storage. Both of the main level bedrooms have access to the hallway full bathroom. Inside the main level bathroom, you will find a washer/dryer behind sliding doors that guests are able to use during their stay at the Artz Cabin! When you make your way upstairs you will see in the loft that there is a sofa that can be made into a queen bed for additional sleeping. After the loft, you will find the third spacious bedroom which is ideal for a hunting party or for children. In this third bedroom, you will find one queen and two twin beds. This upstairs bedroom and the loft have access to a full bathroom. Take advantage of the large decks at the front of the house and the back! At the back, the deck is where you will find a gas BBQ grill for cooking out and a table to relax in the mountain air.br**4WD/Chains are required during winter months.**

Hillside Haven is a two-story, four-bedroom, two-bathroom that sits up in the Red River Upper Valley. The large wrap around deck that offers plenty of room and seating for everyone in your party! You have access to the deck through stairs outside as well as being able to walk out from the kitchen onto the deck. When you walk up onto the deck and pass through the glass sliding door you will enter the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of counter space for several people to be in the kitchen at once! Across from the kitchen is the spacious living room. This living room has a TV and a DVD player giving guests the option of watching or movies brought from home. The Hillside Cabin also provides guests with free WiFi to use during their stay! When you walk down the hall you will find two bedrooms. The one to the right is equipped with a king bed for guest comfort, and the one to the left has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to the full hallway bathroom. Go down the spiral staircase and enter the second living room. In the downstairs living room, there is a wood-burning fireplace that heats this home very well! The TV downstairs is perfect for setting up a game console! Fold-out the sofa to give your party an additional queen bed. Walk down the hallway to find two more bedrooms. The one to the right is equipped with two twin bunk beds and the one to the left has a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have access to the downstairs full bathroom. On this lower level, you will also find that there is a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer for guests to use whenever needed. Beaver Lodge is just a block away from the Copper Chair Lift, and a minute walk to the Platinum Lift, Brandenburg Park, and right on the river! This is a spacious two-story, two-bedroom, two-bath home located in the heart of Red River. There are flat-screen TVs, with cable, throughout including a big screen above the fireplace in the two-story great room. Getaway from it all or stay in touch with the high speed, secure internet provided. During the day, the large windows provide an amazing view of the river and the national forest. At night stoke up the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy taking the chill off as the flames crackle. There is a large dining area with space for all and extra seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has plenty of counter space making cooking easy. Take a step out on the deck that fronts the river. Enjoy just relaxing on the deck or grilling on the gas BBQ grill (gas cylinder provided by Red River Real Estate) for guests to use during their stay! Claim Jumper A-Frame #2 is a cozy two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom cabin. Located on the river where there is enough outdoor space behind the cabin for children to play or fish! This home is a two-story cabin and sits as one of our Ski-In/Ski-Out cabins at the base of the Platinum Chair. Short distances to in-town shops, restaurants, and Red River Ski & Summer Area and is around the corner from the zip line and fishing ponds! When you walk into the ground flush entryway you will find the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A-Frame #2's living room is nicely furnished with two new and comfortable sofas, one of which folds down into a queen bed that surrounds the wood-burning fireplace which literally lights up the room when in use! The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable or use the DVD player to watch movies brought from home. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations, a full bathroom, and one set of twin bunk beds by the back door leading out to the river. Up the spiral staircase, you will come face to face with a choice to go right, left, or straight into the half bathroom. To the right of the stairway and front of the cabin, you'll find the master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV, and private window for great views of the Red River Ski & Summer Area where you can sit and watch video record or take photos of all the fascinating skiers and any humor-filled stunts! In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed and your very own window that overlooks the river. Outside you will find the option to use the community charcoal grill for the ultimate mountain town experience or the Gas BBQ grill located out the back door. This cozy one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is located a couple of blocks off of the main street, so you are not too far from the action but still out enough to enjoy the mountain life! Even though this is only a one-bedroom home you still have plenty of room for the four people that it will sleep. When you walk through the front door you will enter the living room that features a small TV and DVD/VHS player that gives our guests the options of watching DVDs. This home does not provide cable, however, we do offer Netflix for you and your party to enjoy or movies brought from home! Bear Hugs has a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be folded out to make a queen bed. Joined with the living room are the cabin's small kitchen and dining area. In the one-bedroom, this home has you will find a queen bed with access to the hall bathroom that has a shower as well as a cute claw foot bathtub to enjoy a nice soak. Off of the living room and kitchen, there is a small sunroom that also doubles as a bedroom. This room has a futon that can be folded out for additional sleeping arrangements. One of the best features of Bear Hugs is the large outdoor area that it offers for children to play. The yard is shared with Bear Run which is also a home that is managed by Red River Real Estate.
