This modern apothecary is here for what ails you!brbrThis is an entire two-bedroom, two-bath home with no shared walls to other living spaces. There is a shared outdoor common area between the houses & a shared laundry room in the back of the property. But the front yard is completely private & enclosed. The unit in the back also has a private yard with its own hot tub.brbrGuests have access to the entire space including the laundry room that is attached to the back of this unit. Guests should remember to lock the laundry room from the inside (by the kitchen) to keep their space private from guests staying in the back house.brbrI or someone on my team is available 24/7. Please call twice in a row, if you don`t get an answer right away, to break through do not disturb.brbrThis property is at the end of a dead-end street, so it is particularly quiet for Downtown.brAlways call for emergencies & urgent matters: (505) 929-9397brbrNo cats. brbrUse porch swing at your own risk. brbrNo smoking of cigarettes anywhere on the property, including outside. In addition, make sure anyone under the age of 18 is monitored at all times when using the pool/hot tub.
