1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:
- Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

3. EXTENDED STAYS:
- For stays lasting 30 days or longer, a one time cleaning fee of $200 will be applied, which covers bi-weekly standard cleans as well as the deep clean at the end of your stay. This ensures we are able to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the duration of your extended stay.

4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $50 for stays 2 weeks or less and $150 for 2 weeks or more. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.

PET RULES / GUIDELINES:
- We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat.
- To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in the home.
- If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please pick up all pet waste in the yard before checking out.

5. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:
- Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

6. QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.

    The property was very clean and well taken care of. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The bed was a little firm for our taste so if you are sensitive to that just be aware, but that is just our personal preference not anything wrong with the property or host. The location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
