We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing—communicative, friendly, and checked in daily with great suggestions for things to do in the area. The property was beautiful, with plenty of space for our family to gather as well as quiet spots to relax. The grounds were gorgeous, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were more than enough bathrooms for everyone. The two large houses made it easy to cook and share meals together, which was perfect for our big group. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This multi-house property was a perfect homebase for our group of twelve friends to explore Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Ernie, our gracious host, thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable —well-appointed kitchens, impeccable towels and linens, excellent WiFi, complimentary snacks and waters, and even s’mores supplies to use at the outdoor fire pit. Our group could not have been more pleased!The landscaping around the property was lovely, full of beautiful flowers and several outdoor living spaces. Our group was busy sightseeing, but we did eat several meals together outside on one of the properties many patios.Communication with our host was seamless — Ernie was available to answer our every question and to offer recommendations. We definitely recommend this property!

The compound was unique and very nice, secluded from the city, yet only minutes to downtown. Plenty of room for kids to enjoy their bikes, and they made great use of the basketball court. Check in was flawless- Ernie (the owner) was great, super nice guy and very attentive the entire stay. We wanted for nothing. Would Highly recommend and we look forward to staying there again. The three house set up was perfect for our families that traveled and our local family that visited - if not perfect - it was darn close!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gated compound! It is a perfect place for a family reunion, with great kitchens and lots of outdoor spaces where children can play. Ernie was an attentive host who went above and beyond to make our stay successful, even purchasing a high chair when we needed it. Many thanks to Ernie for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

We held a six-day family reunion at the Guadalupe Compound and it was wonderful. The property and the four houses were great. They were all so delightfully and regionally decorated with fantastic artwork and fun decor. The setup is great for large gatherings because there are two great rooms with kitchens where everyone can congregate, but there is also plenty of space to disperse to for quiet and privacy. What was really nice about this facility compared to other rentals for large gatherings was the number of individual bedrooms and baths. Many large facilities have four to eight beds in a single room, which is fine for kids but this was much nicer for adults, with more private bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, for the older generation, this was all one story with very few steps and several low step-in showers. The host/owner really went out of his way to provide so many accoutrements that made it easy and fun to cook, socialize and relax. Plenty of books, games, and music to keep folks entertained. Lots of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the weather and the beautiful grounds. Overall, I would highly recommend Guadalupe Compound for a large gathering of people who want to socialize together, but don't necessarily want to all sleep in the same bunkhouse.

The house and property were perfect for our family. Spacious and clean. The house had all of the amenities that we needed. Our host was amazing! I have rented many vacation homes and his customer service went above and beyond! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would rent this home again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

We rented 2 houses and could accommodate 18. Great common space. Host was really nice and responsive. Beautiful location. Nice walking path just across from compound. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a board retreat at the Guadalupe Compound. The space was beautiful with plenty of seating and a great kitchen set up. We had access to a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and many outdoor spaces to meet and talk. Our host was very communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed each day. We will definitely come back again!
