Just 15 minutes to the heart of historic Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk, there is never a lack of activities for all ages!With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths this home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Welcome inside where the brand new open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space comfortably flows while giving ample space to lounge or enjoy meals with family and friends. There is a wine fridge, and a sleek microwave drawer and fully functioning gourmet kitchen. A cozy family room just off the kitchen, with queen pull out sleeper sofa, overlooks the fenced in backyard and pool space. There is a first-floor primary suite with a marble and tile bathroom. A charming powder room adds convenience to this level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite full bath. Two additional guest bedrooms share a chic hall bath with a soaking tub. The front guest room offers a queen and twin bed and the back guest room offers two full side beds with twin pull out trundles offering comfort and elegance for family and visitors alike. For families the house is equipped with a full size rollaway crib located in the back bedroom closet. Additionally a portable pack and play crib, high chair, kids dishes and utensils are all available for use.Step outside to your own private oasis. The saltwater pool will be completed April/May 2026 and will be 14x28. There will be an outdoor living area with wet bar, mini fridge, and TV. The pool will remain open until mid October and can be heated for an additional fee. Tesla charger on the back of house is also available for use by guests.Well behaved pets 30 lbs and under are considered and must be approved prior to booking. Dogs are permitted on the nearby beach during summer months before 11AM and after 4PM as well as anytime during the off-season. Please be sure to let us know the age, breed and weight of all pets as they are subject to an additional fee.Pillows and blankets are provided. This house was originally built for the owners family not as a rental, they now want to share and have others enjoy it. I have been in many other places in the area available to rent and there is just no comparison. The views are amazing from each level. The beach is more of a private beach than packed public beach like Cape May Point or Stone Harbor. You can Kayak and Paddle board while other members of your group watch from one of the decks. If you have people in your group that enjoy the beach, but don't want to be in the sun and sand all day, they can relax from the main level covered deck and still enjoy their family at the same time. if you want to rent weekly intervals are Sunday to Sunday only. In season the Parkway is a parking lot on Saturday (standard turnover day) why spend hours in traffic each way when on Sunday there is less traffic. House is extensively cleaned between guests then inspected to make sure the property is ready for the next guest. Newer construction house situated on semi private beach of Delaware Bay. House has 4 levels with 2 decks and amazing views. Just imagine waking up and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee from the top deck as you overlook pods of dolphins, schools of fish, shore birds, butterflies and just the relaxing sounds of the waves and nature. Front row for sunset every night. 3 of 5 bedrooms have on suite bathroom., Both living room and bonus entertainment room have large flat screen tv. Garage space and elevator are excluded from rental. This is a one of a kind rental that has very high end finishes. This is not the regular Cape May rental that is prevalent is this market place. This property is close to other great beaches, signature golf, fine dining, wineries, and family activities. You are on the beach, semi private with usually just the people using it that have residences here. No tags required like Cape May Point, not crowded like almost every other beach. Also short walk to nearby old Ponderlodge golf course that has been taken over by state of NJ and is now a park with many marked hiking and jogging trails, very pretty worth a visit. The space sleeps 4 people maximum, it has a large queen bed and a bunk bed (full size mattress on each bunk bed). Main bedroom has a dedicated workspace and a walk in closet. Second bedroom has a walk in closet, with a Laundry room. This place is perfect for couples with kids or couples wanting a get away or a private retreat. Take a walk in the morning with coffee or see the sunset in the evening with a drink. Nearby there's a Wawa where you can go buy anything you need, as well as a Walgreens. Around the area you will find an awesome ice cream spot that you can drive thru or walk in to enjoy during a hot day. To get around we recommend a car. With a car you will be able to access close by beaches and other attractions. One of our favorite spots to go see the sunset is Sunset beach which is a quick 20 minute ride to Cape May Island. Here you can often observe dolphins and beautiful sunsets . You can also see the icon sunken ship of the S.S. Atlantus.
