Off the sunroom is a private rear deck with outdoor dining and a natural gas grill for the chef in the family. The third and final floor has three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bedroom with attached bathroom and the two other bedrooms each have one double bed. The third-floor open deck is accessible from two of the bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach!
