Welcome to our beach retreat in a prime location in OCNJ! 804 E 7th Street is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor beach block home. brbrA short walk to all that you love in Ocean City - beach , boardwalk, waterpark, mini-golf, Castaway Cove and downtown shops. Just park your car and walk or bike to wherever you like to go! brbrIn addition to the main living room, kitchen and dining area, the unit has a master suite with comfortable king size bed and bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed and a bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle and as well as main bathroom. Additionally, there is a futon in the living room that converts to a bed. Dining table has seating for 6 plus two additional seats at the island. A deck off the main living area has additional seating and another table for 6-8 for dinners outside enjoying the ocean breeze. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a small deck off the back two bedrooms. 2 night minimum stay in off-season, 7 day Sat to Sat rentals late June thru late Aug.
