This house was great for our family of 14. There were beds for everyone. Best AC on the island. Plenty of parking. Elevator made check in and out painless. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The owner Scott was easily accessible and responsive.

Not much to say except the house was incredibly comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beach and the owner responded very quickly to my questions during the week we were at the shore. Excellent experience for us!

The house was awesome, perfect for our family..very easy walk to the beach which were beautiful and short walk to the boardwalk. Check in was SO easy the house was super clean and had everything we needed!

My sister's and I rented this property to celebrate my parent's 80th birthday's and we are so happy we did! The location of the house was ideal and so was the rental property. My mother has limited mobility and the elevator came in very handy. In fact, it was a godsend. In addition, the house was beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It also helped that Scott, the owner, was readily available to assist us as needed. We can't say enough good things about this property. We hope to return next year!

My family had a great visit at Scott's house in Ocean City. Everything was perfect from the elevator for my 92 year old mother to the open main level for cooking, eating and entertaining to the many beds and bedrooms, decks and location in the Gardens close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Best was the constant support and communication with Scott - thanks for a great stay!

This was a beautiful, well equipped destination for my whole family last week. It is new, beautifully appointed and close to the beach. The decks afforded privacy for those who sought an escape from our happy crowd of 14 and the kichten, living, dining area worked well for our annual family Chopped Junior competition. I would recommend this property to any family.

My family came back to Ocean City for a family reunion this summer and this house was perfect! There were 11 of us and we were quite comfortable. I loved be so close to beach and boardwalk, and we were a just a block from our childhood house! Loved it!

This place is amazing! The beach house has everything you need, is very clean and is decorated with a cute beach theme throughout. The space accommodated the 11 of us perfectly with plenty of space left for more. The location was great with a short walk to the beach, the playground and the boardwalk. The decks had plenty of furniture for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy the ocean air. If you are looking for a great location and a home with plenty of space, this beach home is for you. We had a fun week and would highly recommend.

Everything in the house is brand new. The house is clean and very well kept with plenty of room for a large group. Very short walk to beach and boardwalk. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. Speaking of breezes one can be enjoyed on each of three pretty large balcony's the highest of which, off the master bedroom affords the best view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets.
