The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Wawa, local ice cream shops, a deli are all within a few minutes walk. We offer 2 off street parking spots behind the building via access through the alley as well as several options of non metered street parking. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 1 spacious full bath. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. The living room has a sectional sofa with a pull out that sleeps at least 2 people. There is plenty of seating in the living room with an additional sofa and loveseat. In addition, the living room has a brand new 75inch tv that offers internet streaming for your viewing pleasure. If you enjoy cooking or just like to have the option we offer a full sized kitchen and a table that seats at least 6. Lastly, the front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a beverage in the evenings.
