Our family loves spending time here because we are a block away from the beach, about a 5 minute drive to the local ACME super market and about a 10 minute car ride to the beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. We have great neighbors and are located in a safe neighborhood. brbrOur beach home features hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the two smaller bedrooms and hardwood in our master bedroom. We have 1 king size and 2 queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom offers standing shower and outdoor shower too. Our kitchen is fully loaded with cooking and dining instruments including pots, pans, and cutlery. We have a dining room table in the kitchen, there is also bistro style seating at the counter. We have a mudroom with washer and dryer for tenants to use. The porch is perfect for hanging out with your family, grilling and relaxing after a long bay day or beach day. An enclosed outside shower makes cleaning off sand a breeze. There is off street parking. No meters are in the streets and parking permits are not required. brbrWe Do Not provide sheets, towels, pillows, or beach towels. Please bring your own or rent them from local vendors. We can provide you with contacts for rental agencies and also bed sizes. brbr****NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.****brbrCleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to checking in. We must make sure the home is clean for the next guests, thank you for understanding.
