The Cape May mall, which is less than a five minute walk, is known for its shops and restaurants.brbr710 Kearney has been renovated and sleeps 14 (3 kings, one queen and six twins) and features 3.5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TV’s, central air/heat and WIFI internet access. The corner porch with its awnings and flowerboxes is the perfect gathering spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze after a day at the beach. The back deck, adjacent to the outside shower, comes equipped with a natural gas grill, perfect for barbequing. The kitchen – oh my – spacious and built for entertaining. It has a large walk-in pantry, double bowl stainless steel sinks, Corian countertops, dual Thermador ovens, 5 burner gas range, large refrigerator/freezer and a separate under counter ice machine in an adjacent bar area. The kitchen opens into the great room with new oak hardwood flooring, a dining area for 10 people, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, mantle and a seating area for 8. The formal dining room has seating for 8 at the main table and an additional nook seating area for 6. The first floor has a den/office area and a large bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom is HUGE! There is a king bed, Corian counter space with a built-in refrigerator which separates the twins bed area, a large walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Perfect for a family in itself. The middle room has a queen bed, the front room has a king bed and seating area, and the corner room has 2 twins. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower and ample laundry area. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The large king bedroom (can also be 2 twins) has a separate seating area and the second bedroom has 2 twins.brThere is easy access to a 2 car garage with plenty of space for beach chairs and coolers. Beach chairs and bikes are available but not guaranteed. There is a large side lot for outside activities. Linens and bath towels are not provided but can be rented from linenladies.com. Welcome to your ultimate Cape May beach vacation home! Our recently renovated beach house is only 8 short blocks away from the beach (only a 5 minute bike ride or quick 15 minute walk!). We are also very close to the heart of Cape May where all the action is - less than a mile or a 20 minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops that Cape May has to offer! Our home is decorated with a beach and nautical theme so you will truly feel like you are down' the shore! brOur 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house can comfortably sleep 6 adults. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 2 has bunk-beds. The shared/second hallway bathroom has a washer and dryer so you can easily take care of your laundry while on vacation. The full kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to cook a full meal during your stay! The best part of the house is certainly the back screened in porch, which opens to a private, backyard oasis - a perfect spot for relaxing after a long day of fun and sun at the beach! There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house to take care of sand from the beach. brThis house has been in our family for a long time and we have enjoyed many amazing memories at Cape May together. We are excited to share our beach home with you so can make memories of your own! Look forward to hosting you soon.brbrPlease note we do not provide beach tags or beach equipment (i.e., chairs, beach towels, etc.). Beach tags (daily, three-day, and weekly tags) can be purchased at any of the beach entrance locations. Additionally, we strongly recommend guests bring their own linens and towels - while we have spare sheets and towels that guests may use, we require that anything used is washed/dried/folded and returned to the linen closet prior to checking out. We recommend using Linen Ladies in Cape May for renting sheets and towels (bed sizes are two twins - guest room 1, two twins - guest room 2, one queen - master bedroom).
