Once you arrive, you never need to get in a car during your stay!br1. No pets.br2. No primary renters under 18 years old.br3. No smoking.br4. No conduct which would violate Avalon's Rental Ordinance or Noise Ordinance.br5. All beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, fishing rods, and other beach items must be washed with fresh water after each use (use the hose on east side of house).br6. No overnight guests not included in the primary reservation without Host's prior approval.br7. Bed linens must be stripped and put in laundry room along with used bath towels and beach towels prior to checkout.br8. The outdoor shower must be secured after each use.br9. The deck umbrella must be closed at sunset each night. Flag poles must be secured at all times and removed at sunset each night.br10.
