This large and well-complimented 6-bedroom home is a great winter or summer getaway for the whole family. The house is situated in the perfect location for skiing Heavenly Valley, as we are just 2 minutes from the Heavenly-Boulder ski lift, and just 4 minutes from the Heavenly-Stagecoach lift!

Not a skier This house has a large property for winter family fun, including a private sledding hill in the back yard! The beautiful pine trees make it a cozy winter wonderland when it snows.

The location is also ideal for visiting downtown's great casinos, Heavenly Village and the scenic Gondola, the brand new Event Center 'Tahoe Blue', and numerous amazing shops and restaurants, not to mention gorgeous Lake Tahoe!

In the summertime, borrow our cooler and beach towels and head to the lake, just 15 minutes away. If you love hiking, our home is only minutes from the Tahoe Rim Trail-Kingsbury North Trailhead. There is so much outdoor fun in the summer, and this is the perfect spot from which to enjoy so many activities.

There are 2 living rooms, one on the main level, and one on the lower level. The main level has an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, along with a cozy fireplace, bar, and large flat screen Smart TV, where you may stream your favorite shows. There is dining space for 14 people, and plenty of seating, which makes this a great gathering space!

The lower-level living room area has a game room area, complete with a pool table, foosball game table, darts and card table. There are comfortable sofas and a large Roku TV, which may be used to connect your own gaming consoles, or stream your favorite shows. The laundry room is also on this level.

The home has 6 bedrooms (2 of which are Primary en-suite bedrooms!) and can accommodate up to 12 people. All linens, pillows, blankets and duvets are provided.

There are 4 bathrooms total, 2 on the main level, and 2 on the lower level. Wall-mounted hair dryers are provided in all 4 bathrooms, as well as shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers, and all towels and bath mats.

Here is a description of each bedroom & bathroom:

Main Level:
Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with king bed, Smart Roku TV, and en-suite, full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: One queen bed, and one full bed.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed.
*There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub & shower.

Lower Level:
Bedroom 4: Primary bedroom with queen bed, Smart Roku TV, and en-suite, full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5: Two full beds.
Bedroom 6: One full bed, and one twin bed.
*There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway, with tub & shower.

For outdoor space, there is a large deck off the main level kitchen and dining area, which has a gas grill, lovely furniture in the summer, and a great bird's eye view of the pine trees and back yard.

The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles in winter (5 in the summer), and is the only legal parking area at our property. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited by Douglas County.

    This home is nearly identical on first and second floors with three bedrooms on each (including a master on both floors). This allowed us to have three families with kids and make the upstairs adult zone and downstairs kid zone. With a TV and game room downstairs, the kids were able to hang out on their own while the adults occupied the kitchen and living room upstairs.As for the basics, this place was also solid. Comfy beds, lots of pillows and comfy blankets, new washer/dryer, and kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware.The host, Jackie, was great with communication and even checked in with us when the neighbors shared the backyard sled hill to make sure our privacy was being respected.The deck above the three-car garage was huge and we are considering coming back in the summer months when we can enjoy it (it was covered with snow during our January visit).

    We got the extended family (teenagers through grandparents) together for the Christmas holiday at Jackie's place and it could not have been better.Jackie was communicative throughout the entire process and even left us some treats at check-in. There was plenty of space and all the amenities that you could want/need. Proximity to Heavenly and the Village were an added bonus.Would highly recommend and would stay again.
