4BR, 3BA secluded luxury with unobstructed Lake view. This is an EXQUISITE luxury condominium located just above the Boulder Lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly - ideally located for winter and summer activities. If you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, mountain biking in the summer - this is your place for location and spectacular views.

This beautiful custom home, completely remodeled in 2010, is located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000+ s.f. unit is the most unique and luxurious one on Heavenly's Nevada side. It’s a very secluded and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!!

Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite countertops and Flat Screen TV. You can also find seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the kitchen bar area. There is also a gear dryer in the winter for your boots and gloves to make them dry and warm for your next ski day. Down the hallway you'll find the first of 3 bathrooms with HEATED FLOORING! No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing, granite countertops and luxurious towels.

Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. It has a comfy queen bed and a 46 Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home.

Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65 Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. There is also a game table with seating for 4. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite countertops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.

Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, 46 flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite countertops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

The house has reliable wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe.

A Weber gas grill is conveniently located on the first floor deck with propane provided.

There are several stairs leading down to the unit as well as stairs inside the home, so for those who have difficulty with stairs this is might not be appropriate unit.

    We arrived at the property early on a sunny day. And the view on the lane into the property is just stunning. Everything inside was very clean and for the most part well kept. We had a few minor issues with the oven not working but we just changed what we were making. The caretaker did promptly take a look and offered us accommodations but they were not necessary. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a group and we really appreciated the abundance of cookware/bakeware available. The only negatives were the 35 steps down into the property, the walk along the lane to get to the parking area as you cannot park for more than 15 min. for loading and unloading. We are all advanced level skiers but my husband and son were the only expert skiers in our group who skied well enough to ski over the cliff and through the trees to the lift. The shuttle was used sparingly as it was not convenient for our group to wait for it as it comes from Boulder lodge and the waits are longer. Often we would retrieve the car and just head to the parking lot. Plenty of parking at the lifts so this was not a huge issue. Our bed was fine in the master but others in our group suggested that the mattresses were due for an upgrade. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider it again should we return to the area because the views were spectacular and far outweighed the inconveniences of getting there. And the hot tub was perfect for catching the sunset over Lake Tahoe.

    Our group had an excellent stay. This is probably the best equipped rental we have visited, whether it was bathrooms with numerous, plush towels and generous high-quality toiletries or the kitchen with all sorts of plates, glasses, utensils and such. Of course, the lake-view deck with chairs and hot tub was very popular with our group. The host was very friendly and very responsive throughout the booking process and stay.A couple of tips. It is advertised as possible ski-out but it's not a very practical option and not a big advantage if you can't ski back in. Our group did fine bringing the car back to the steps to load gear and then driving 3-4 minutes to the Stagecoach lift with its close-in and free parking. Upon arrival the wifi was offline due to a windstorm but the host got it back on the next morning. It was never very strong and not sure if that's normal or some holdover from storm. We drove 10 minutes to Clyde's Coffee (great place) for work zoom calls and such.

    We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Location was great. The hot tub was an added bonus.

    The house was incredible and had gorgeous views! Short shuttle to Stagecoach, which is a lodge/mountain on the Nevada side. If you want to ski the California side there are a few shuttle changes and that takes approximately one hour for planning purposes. Wonderful stay and highly recommend.

    This was our first time staying in Lake Tahoe, and this property did not disappoint! The views were spectacular, it was super clean and very well stocked with essentials. The hot tub was such a great way to relax after a longg day on the slopes. I cooked a lot, and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans. Just wonderful through and through.

    The views could not be beat! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We liked having Living and dining spaces on two floors to spread out a little. Dining table big enough to comfortably seat us all. Condo association did a good job cleaning the epic record breaking snowfalls.lots of games. Comfortable beds.updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean. Robert was very accommodating with an early check in and answering all my questions! 5 stars!

    Every sunrise and sunset were spectacular from each floor of the house. A beautiful place with all the amenities and felt like a home away from home. The property manager was very responsive with any questions or problems. There are stairs outside and inside so that needs to be considered. This is a great place to take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe!
