Stayed Feb 15, 2025We upgraded to a whirlpool room upon arrival and also got a late check out which was nice. The room was great and accommodated our dog. Interesting to have the high ceiling of the 3rd floor but in exchange I got lots of exercise taking the dog up and down the stairs. My wife went down at 955 to grab breakfast but they had closed down early which disappointed her. The front desk service was spotty - didn't get our keys adjusted for the late check out, so I got locked out of the side door, and then there was no one there at the desk to help - not even a phone number to call. Even after that the cleaners were not advised of the late check out and came knocking on our door. The front desk was also unattended when we left at the time of the late check out, so I didn't get to review final charges before leaving. We would definitely come again though:)
