Our unit was recently renovated in May 2021. There are new cabinets, appliances, countertops, floors, shower and tub. brbrMonarch Cove Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Bend and on the two-mile marker of the Osage by water. Our unit has 1170 square feet of living space, with a large wrap-around deck. Just a short walk away is a lakefront heated pool and hot tub. There is a lighted waterfront promenade for walking, or to access other buildings and boat docks. Please note that you will have to walk down two flights of steps to reach the unit. There is no elevator access down to the unit. You can walk down the walkway to the elevator and do one level down, but still have to walk down one flight of stairs. brbrThe bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the deck. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress, which sleeps very comfortably. The unit is beautifully furnished .brbrThe condominium has two sets of sliding glass doors in the living room, which provides a wonderful view of the main channel. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly fall nights. The dining room and kitchen have all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. This newly updated condo is all about the view! We are not new to hosting, only new to VRBO! We loved renting this place so much, we bought it so we could enjoy the lake views and great location. You will enjoy its beautiful panoramic view of the main channel on the large screened-in deck with patio seating. brMaster bedroom has a great lake view from the king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin. There are two full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of towels, including beach towels, a cozy fireplace and three flat screened TV’s with cable, as well as internet access. Two pools and a tennis court are available for your use. NOTE: the upper pool is under construction, however, the lower pool will be available for use. brThe kitchen is well stocked so you can cook your favorite meals and eat on the deck enjoying the view. Coffee pot and basic coffee/cream/sugar included, as well as Keurig and K-cups. brBeach towels, tennis rackets/balls and pool toys for your use. brWe are so close to some of the best restaurants at the Lake, see our suggestions located in the condo binder. brbrOur condo is a middle unit. You will hear noise from the other units at times. We only have two parking tags, which are required in our complex. Therefore, only two cars can be parked overnight. If you have a motorcycle, please let us know.
