All three bedrooms are upstairs and have a television. Two have king beds (one of which is duo-adjustable) and the other has a queen. An electric massager and massage table are available for your enjoyment. Missouri legalized recreational marijuana years ago, and I allow use on property in accordance with local regulations. Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the home.brbrThe main floor boasts three ceiling fans, a 65 TV, and a 55 TV w/ Nintendo Switch 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig cafe with dozens of caffeinated, decaf, hot tea, cider, and other beverages options to enjoy. The dining room has a postcard feature that you can use to send your loved ones hand-written greetings while you're in Kansas City. Parking in the driveway or on the street is free. brbrThe fenced backyard features a hammock, fire pit, oversized propane grill, and chairs. Most of the basement will not be accessible during your trip except for the washer and dryer. Laundry machines and detergent are free to use during your stay. brbrI am an educator, so my summers are quite flexible.
