I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.brbrThe neighborhood surrounding our home is a bustling and diverse area with plenty of charm and character. It is an older neighborhood, and some of the homes are in some form of disrepair. However, we have great relationships with the neighbors. Additionally, we have been hosting guests in this home since April of 2023 without issue. Located just east of downtown Kansas City, this neighborhood offers easy access to all the excitement and amenities of the city while still maintaining a strong sense of community. Highway access is only two minutes away!brbrA small apartment building caught fire recently. The owner is currently working through the insurance process (which can take way too long!). The doors and windows are currently boarded up. brbrOne of the highlights of this neighborhood is its rich cultural heritage. You'll find various ethnic restaurants, shops, and businesses that reflect the diverse backgrounds of the residents who call this area home. From Mexican and Vietnamese cuisine to African and Middle Eastern markets, there's something for everyone to enjoy.brbrThe neighborhood also has several local parks and green spaces, providing residents with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the area boasts many historic landmarks and buildings, including the famous Negro Leagues Baseball Museum and the iconic Jazz District.brbrOverall, the neighborhood surrounding our home is a vibrant and exciting place to call home.
