Towels and washcloths are also provided.brbrThis property has new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring, a north porch and deck, a workstation/house wifi (bring your laptop if you'd like), and lake views from the kitchen, north porch, deck, and huge lake facing yard. Enjoy outdoor activities with a private fire pit on the lakeshore, which includes a stainless-steel grill option over the fire pit. There is also a gas grill on the deck, a picnic table, and six HDPE Adirondack chairs. The sunsets over Spider Island are truly spectacular. brbrProtected boat launches are available nearby in Wahkon and Isle (both are 5 minutes away), and the beautiful beach is nearly next door at Father Hennepin State Park. The property has access to the Soo Line ATV trail connected to hundreds of miles of state trails perfect for snowmobiles, biking, or ATV s. We are a half mile from downtown Wahkon which has many wonderful places to eat and socialize. Izatys resort is just down the road and has many options for renting ice houses in the winter or golf and boating in the summer. Plenty of room on the property to park boats or trailers. Reach out to us with any questions!brbrWe just added new AC units to every bedroom and living room (2023). brbrNOTE: This is not a full time rental property and is a seasonal family home therefore not all of the closets are available for use but we hope guests will enjoy the warm up north feeling the same as we do. Also there are now chickens in the back half of the property by the barn. We have someone who checks on them daily.
