Our apartment is located on our 54 acre property. The building was built to look like a big red barn. It is a 3 story building and the 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is on the 3rd floor. The barn building is nestled on 5 acres of our small apple orchard where it is quiet and peaceful. We decorated the apartment in farm style decor with barn board paneling and it has a rustic country home feel. We are located just 1/2 mile from Square Lake Beach and our country roads are perfect for bike riding, walking, or running. We live on the property as well. Our house and the barn apartment share a driveway. We have two dogs, both Sheepadoodles, who do find their way to the barn often for a visit. We have a big family with 6 children and 11 grandchildren, and counting! Our apartment is quiet, peaceful (except you may hear our dogs barking occasionally) and is abundant in deer, turkeys, and whatever wildlife you may see from the birds eye view in the apartment.

This is a late 1800's home restored in 2005 with a modern flare. Some of the house has original flooring where other areas are newer. This home is full of room with a large kitchen and family room. The home is on a quiet corner lot and little traffic. brbrThe Bonus room (6th bedroom) is optional and is included booking 12 + adult guests. There is an additional fee for this room and we require a minimum of two adults to occupy this space. We will offer this room under 12 guests with an additional fee if you want the extra bed space. This room is seasonal from April - Oct and not available during the winter months. This space is above the detached garage with no bathroom. but very close walk to the home.brbrYou will find our home to be very inviting and we take pride in how exceptionally clean we keep the home. As you will notice each room will have its own flair.brbrNote....brWe have parking for up to 6 vehicles in our driveway and no off street parking is allowed per city ordinance.brWe are also not allowed Events so this means no more than 16 people on the property including overnight guests at any given time!
