Roy is a very clean and beautiful 350 acres lake and is part of the 15,000 acre Gull Lake Chain for endless boating and fun! This is the perfect property for families offering a completely remodeled & air conditioned property with a main floor Queen bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs offers a lake view loft with a full size futon leading to a large bedroom offering 2 queen beds and a full private bath. 10 feet from the main cabin you will find the guest cabin, also remodeled & air conditioned with a TV/living area area, single bunk beds, a queen bed in the living area and a private queen bedroom and another full bath. The outside gives you a mix of sun and shade, new large lakeside deck and lots of seating room around the fire-pit. There is a sand shoreline, swimming raft, dock, kayak, canoe and paddle boat available for your use. Located in a very nice bay facing west for great sunsets and extended afternoons. Our neighbors are full time retired residents so we really cater to families and those who will have fun and enjoy the property but not intrude on their relaxation either. There is no beach on Lone Lake keeping with the natural serenity of the surroundings. The property backs up to Fritz Loven park with miles of hiking trails and cross country skiing right in the backyard. The lake is perfect for swimming, and paddle boarding in the summer, or skating, and cross country skiing in the winter. Some of the best snowmobiling trails in the country are located just a few miles away with access right outside the lodge driveway. There is plenty of room for sled trailers in the parking area of the lodge. brbrFall at the lodge offers all the beauty of the colorful Minnesota landscape right in the backyard with the birch, and pine trees showcasing their changing colors overlooking the majestic acreage surrounding the water. brLone Lake Lodge is the perfect year round vacation spot. brLone Lake does not have public water access, and is non motorized making it your private, quite, water retreat! Newly Remodeled 6 Bedroom Retreat on West Gull Lake

This newly remodeled 6 bedroom, (10 bed)/4.5 bath north woods retreat is the perfect getaway for a family reunion. Visit YouTube and search “Gull Lake Cabin- Nisswa, MN” to view a drone video of our Gull Lake cabin. The main cabin has 4 bedrooms, each with a lake view. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other 3 have a queen bed (one bedroom includes an additional full/twin bunk bed). The newly renovated bunkhouse, located above the garage, has expansive Gull Lake views and includes 2 bedrooms (each with a queen), a full kitchen, full bath and a living room with a king pullout.brbrEnter off of County Road 77 onto a circle drive which divides the main cabin from the bunkhouse and surrounds the large landscaped fire ring. Enter the main cabin off the raised deck with built-in seating and an outdoor dining area. The great room includes two 8 foot sofas and the stone wood burning fire place. A bedroom is located on each side of the great room. The bedrooms and great room all have beautiful lake views. Off the great room is a large wrap around lake side deck with elevated panoramic views of Gull Lake. This lake side deck has two bar height tables with seating for 8 and a comfortable 2 person raised Adirondack chair. The lake side deck also overlooks the expansive lake side landscaped patio with fire pit.brbrThe walkout lower level of the main cabin is accessed from the great room staircase and from the lake side patio. This level includes a lounge area with a stone wood burning fireplace and bedrooms on each side of the main room. The main room and bedrooms all have lake views. This level includes a laundry room and newly remodeled full bathroom. An additional refrigerator is also located on this level. brbrA new hill climber provides an alternative ride down to the dock/lake/beach if you chose to skip the 69 step winding staircase (see photo). brbrThe dock includes a 30’ section where you can tie up a rented boat or your own boat that can be launched at the Quarterdeck Resort located just a few cabins south of our cabin. brbrThe property is sprayed for mosquitos throughout the season. brbrCheck In 4:00 pm/Check Out 10:00 ambrThursday - Thursday rentals preferred, will accommodate other days and shorter stays during peak season, if available.brbrThis cabin is perfect for family gatherings.brPLEASE NOTE: WEDDING BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE AND OTHER PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
