This house offers a quiet Northwoods feeling that's right near top resorts, beautiful lakes and great restaurants. There's nothing more you can wish for in a quiet getaway. We could relax by the fire pit or go out for live music at a local bar within minutes of the property. We'd come back!

Beautiful home, has everything you would need and more. Tons of room for a larger family if needed. The outside areas are wonderful, you feel like you are very secluded but only a few minutes from town!! The host was wonderful and answered any questions that we had. 100% recommend and will definitely come back again!

Wonderful for our family vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Loved seeing and hearing the loons on the lake. Nisswa is adorable. Loved the Wednesday turtle race. Rented a boat for a day on gull lake.

My family loved our stay! This is our third year at this property and we have only positive comments. The screened in porch is our favorite part of the house. Great location near Bar Harbor and Zorbaz’s.

The house and property are a delightful stay. The living space is open and well laid out. The furnishings are Up North appealing. The 3 BR's serve your sleeping needs with large comfortable beds and clothes storage space with added space downstairs with single beds available for children. The basement recreation and outdoor space is great for gathering. The view of the small private lake is relaxing. If you wish time on the nearby large Gull Lake there is boat rental minutes from the door. We will certainly return when visiting this lakes area again.

We enjoyed our trip to Long Lake Lodge! The house is beautiful and set up nicely for groups with plenty of bed options. It’s too bad the max is 8 because it’s very spacious with many sleeping options which was awesome! My only complaint is the backyard is quite a bit smaller than it looks in pictures. Still enough room for a small kids pool and to play yard games just a little tight! The private lake was great for those in our group who enjoy fishing/for young kids as you are pretty much constantly reeling in little fish! Our group all agreed we probably would never swim in the water as it’s pretty weedy and Lily pads around! Lots of wildlife and pretty cool to see and hear Loons down there! Property owners were good to work with, only problem we had was being accused of the garbage being “rancid” due to liquids in there and unfortunately it’s hard to avoid when throwing away pop, beer cans, etc. even if you dump out the liquids there’s always going to be an odor as well as leftover food when it’s 90. We unfortunately had a bear come shortly after we checked out and get into the garbage so highly recommend making sure no garbage is showing and they’re latched. May need to take some garbage with you if you had more than fit in the bins like us! The cabin is a great secluded cabin in the woods (the driveway is a little tight in large pickups and SUVs) and I’d just be cautious if bringing a car or low clearance vehicle! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area!

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge with our adult children. The lodge is clean and spacious. The owners are thoughtful in the choice of furnishings and supplies. My kids enjoyed the fire pit and going on the lake/pond. We rented a boat on Gull Lake. The lodge is close to downtown Nisswa

The property is wonderful and fully stocked with the essentials! It feels secluded but your also a quick drive or walk away from all the action. Very well maintained and nice to have separate spaces for adults and teens lots of bathrooms! Can’t recommend enough!!

Beautiful place and described very well in the listing. Tons of space indoors and out to enjoy. Tucked back for a secluded feel but a quick drive to many great attractions, stores, restaurants and more.We really enjoyed the stay and communication from the owner.

My daughters and I needed a break from our hectic work/school schedules and were able to successfully recharge here. The house is beautiful and spacious enough for both family gatherings as well as individual privacy when needed. The wildlife is plentiful since it is somewhat secluded. We really appreciate how the owner was very responsive and communicative without being intrusive. We highly recommend!

We had family from out of state with us and it was the best weekend ever. The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean and the only thing you need to bring is food! It was so peaceful and loved taking the paddle boat out on the private lake. Saw deer walking up the path from the lake. We missed seeing and listening to the loons, maybe next time. Pictures do not do this home justice! Host was very prompt on questions ahead of time and they made sure our stay was perfect. This was our second stay there and definitely will not be our last!

house was awesome. access to lake was a little scary. we are seniors, and the path to the lake was narrow and downhill and a little overgrown/ other than that nice place

We like to golf and enjoy the amenities of the Nisswa area. We had a great time, and the vacation home worked so well for our family.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The peacefulness of the lake and the proximity to everything we love in Nisswa was perfect. There were a few issues, the dock was a bit more rustic than we were prepared for with children, some boards need attending to, but overall it was amazing!

What a wonderful stay!!!! We had such a wonderful time in Nisswa. The cabin is nice and secluded but still close to town. And it has anything and everything you would want for cooking-we made quite a few meals while there and it was a pleasure using the kitchen.

We had a great time during our stay. The owners communicated so well with us and were on top of everything. Awesome place and highly recommend!
