The house is situated right off County Road 4, which is a fairly busy road, but lakeside is private and quiet. It's just 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, 9 minutes from Breezy Point, 13 minutes from Gull Lake locations such as Grand View Resort and Zorbaz on Gull.
