The open main level gives the whole family a chance to be together. Chill by the TV/Fireplace or enjoy a meal together. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area seats 14. Plus there is a gas grill for you to use.brbrA covered screened in deck with lots of seating gives you options for enjoying the view. The large rec room in the basement offers a wet bar and game table with lots of games provided. Watch TV by the fire or choose a book from our library. brbrYou can walk out to the spacious yard to enjoy the patio, fire pit, sandbox, kayaks and lawn games. A dock is available for you to tie up your boat (or rent our pontoon). Parking for 4-5 cars or boat trailers. Please note: video monitoring is used on the outside of property only.brbrAll the bedrooms have lots of closet space with hangers and a suitcase valet. The bathrooms are large with lots of towels provided. (just bring your own beach towels). brbrPets are not allowed for short term rentals.
