The ocean trail is a block away, and you can be sitting on the beach in 5 minutes. For a fun bit of city life, downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive. Our home is fully furnished with Fire TV televisions in the living room and in the master bedroom, a well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a screened in wrap around porch facing the basin.
