Our house has a fully-equipped kitchen, and the stove/oven and hot water heater run on propane gas. Downstairs there are two twin beds with a ladder to the loft that could accommodate two children. There is an indoor toilet and outdoor shower. A picnic bench with views of the ocean provides scenic al fresco dining. And our private beach is just steps away.brbrGuests will need to bring all food, paper goods, bedding, cleaning products and everything needed to eat, drink, sleep, bathe and be comfortable during your stay. Similar to camping, guests are expected to carry-in and carry-out all that is needed and to leave as little ecological footprint as possible. Guests will need to leave the cabin as they found it and to bring recyclables and garbage off the island with you. The house was newly renovated. Our house is close to Tom Nevers Beach, Sconset Beach, and multiple golf courses, as well as a short drive to town, the airport, and ferry terminal.brbrThe first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 queen pullout sofas, sitting room with fireplace and full bathroom. There is a main floor en-suite bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of bunk beds and a twin, perfect for a kids room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor includes 2 large ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated bath with a soaker tub and shower. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and twin pullout chair and newly renovated bathroom. The upstairs primary bedroom has access to the deck. All bedrooms have window A/C’s during the summer. brbrOutside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, grille and a nice lawn for yard games - fenced in area for pets to roam. We recently added new outdoor furniture - tables, couches, loungers, a hot tub and a firepit!brbrFully stocked with all the linens and kitchen essentials you will need as well as beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. There is also a pack and play available and a dog crate if needed. There are 4 bikes in the shed and we have access to the tennis court down the street.
