There is plenty of space to stretch out, high speed WiFi access and smart TV's in both living rooms. We provide everything you need for a vacation at the beach.brbrIn addition to two living rooms (one downstairs, one upstairs), our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one room has two twin beds, and the other has a one Queen bed. The first floor full bathroom is located next to the bedroom with the Queen bed. Both are located off of the kitchen. The upstairs primary bedroom with water views has a queen size bed and its own attached full bathroom.brbrThe second living room is located upstairs and has wonderful water views of the bay, a seating area, two couches (one is a pull-out sofa) and smart TV. The First floor living room houses two giant couches and another larger Smart TV. This room is great for game nights, movie nights, or the post beach nap!brbrOutside a sliding glass door is a large deck with plenty of bench seating, a dining table and umbrella , as well as a gas grill. Just off the deck is a Firepit and seating. Further into the backyard you'll find a full size hammock and shed that houses our complimentary beach toys, cooler and beach chairs.brbrGuest accessbrGuests will have access to the entire home and all its amenities.brbrOther things to notebr-Parking for 4 cars is easily accommodated in the driveway. No street parking available due to narrow road.br-Pet Policy: We warmly welcome your furry dog friends to our rental (we’re dog people too). However, we do limit to 1 dog, and please be aware that as a renter, you are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet. A minimum charge of $500 will be applied for any pet-related damages. Additionally, we ask that you please clean up all pet waste from the yard. By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Wall mounted flat screen Televisions in every bedroom room along w/an integrated Sonos sound system with in-ceiling recessed speakers in every room and on the breathtaking back deck. brbrThis property boasts a separate detached guest cottage which was original to the 1971 construction, but no longer permissible. It was gut renovated in 2022 and features 2 sets of bunk-beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 children on the main level, and a Queen Pull-Out Sofa on the 2nd Floor. The Cottage sleeps an additional 8 guests. The Cottage adds a sun splashed 2nd floor with a full kitchen, dining area, large TV area with 180 degree views of the water. The Cottage is perfect spot to jettison children, or your grandparents or in-laws. Two Families often share the rental and divvy rooms accordingly. brbrI often get questions if the two structures are rented separately. We do not. If your party is less than 8, you can visit the other site, but your party will not have access to the Cottage. The two structures on this site are for larger parties of 8+, and can only be booked here. brbrOn the water below, the home contains over 250 Feet of private beach. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the deck as your children play on the beach below during low tide which extends nearly 1 mile from shore. We have plenty of beach chairs, balls, bats, gloves and a high-end Goalrilla Hoop in the cul-de-sac for afternoon pick-up games in the newly paved cul-de-sac. The interiors contains full functional kitchens, and all updated electronics, tons of DVD Blu-Ray movies. If you have a Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, etc. you can watch anything you want. brbrWork from the Guest Cottage and have a fabulous water view as there is a hard wired and WiFi connection, with a printer in the Main House. brbrLuckily, this home has more demand than supply. brbrPlease note: This site will ONLY accept parties of 8+ as the pricing takes into account the use of the Guest Cottage. At the shore, there is a 5 person pedal boat for your enjoyment. brbrThe private master suite encompasses the entire second floor with more beautiful pond views and a private bath. There is a king size bed, ceiling fan and 42 flat screen TV. The bathroom has been newly remodeled in 2021 with a large glass standing shower and 2 vanities. br brThere are 2 main floor bedrooms with plush carpet. One room has bunk beds, the other has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have quality bedding and pillows. The downstairs bathroom has been remodeled and has a full size tub/shower combo, new tile, vanity and toilet.brbrOur home is available to families only, with adults over the age of 25- no young groups. Our spacious home is located on the ocean side of Route 6 on a quiet private road approximately 1 mile from Nauset Light Beach, 3/4 mile from the bike trail, and walking distance to Nauset Regional High School and the Cape Cod Institute. The high school has athletic fields, a track, and tennis courts.brbrLarge kitchen/dining area and living room are ideal for cooking and enjoying time together before and after the beach. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom (stand up shower). Upstairs are a full bathroom and two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, couch and fireplace and the other with two full size beds and two twin beds. brbrPillows, blankets, quilts and mattress pads are provided for all beds and sheets and pillowcases are provided for the king size bed only. Please be aware that the renter must bring (or rent from a third party) sheets for the other beds and bath towels.brbrThe house is equipped with cable television and wi-fi internet service. The bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area/living room are equipped with very efficient window a/c units. Your vacation will be unforgettable in this new house ideally situated only 300 feet from Cape Cod Bay. Your private Cape Cod beach, Target View Beach, is just over the dunes at the end of your street or you can walk to the public Cole Road or First Encounter beaches. For fresh water swimming, Bridge Pond is also a short walk away. Nearby are Atlantic Ocean beaches, bike trails, nature trails, the National Seashore Park, great restaurants, and the town of Orleans for all your shopping needs. The new home, completed in April 1999, is a large, 2000 sq ft Cape Cod with two dogshed dormers in front, a full dormer in back, with a deck and screened-in porch. The house accommodates eight people with three queen beds and two twin beds. The house is open, light, and airy with cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, and ceiling fans. Beautifully decorated. We've received very positive feedback from our previous guests.brbrbrWalk to beach is approx. 300 feet or 5 min. walk. The house is located approximately two miles from our other Eastham house.
