When the tide goes out, sand bars appear that are perfect exploration playgrounds for children and picturesque walking/running areas for adults. The cottage is in walking-bike riding distance to 6A with local restaurants and stores.brbrOutside has a huge deck and small grass yard, all with water views. There is a large outdoor shower, ideal for summer living. Parking is available for 2-3 cars in the driveway.brbrThe interior downstairs has a family/tv room with wrap around windows for views of the beach and lawn. Wi-Fi access is posted near the TV. There is a dining room with smaller sitting area. The kitchen is a good size for a family with a gas range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The half-bath with a full-sized washer and dryer is adjacent to the kitchen.brbrThe upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed opening up to a fully screened-in porch with railings for child safety. The other two smaller bedrooms have 2 single beds and a bunk bed. A small, full bathroom is at the top of the stairs. The indoor shower is tight, but will make do on rainy days. The kitchen in this condo was renovated in 2022, and the unit was freshly painted in early 2024. brbrGuest passes are available for purchase through Ocean Edge. We are golf members so our guests are able to book tee times at the OE Golf Course (subject to availability). This condo is located in Eaton Village and is about ½ mile from the Arbor pool (outdoor pool with bar/snack shack) and less than ½ mile to the Fletcher Pool (indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, snack shack). See below for 2024 cost and description of guest passes. brbrThe 935 square foot condo contains and open living/dining room with a full size sofa bed, love seat, flat-screen smart TV with WiFi. There is a full bathroom located off of the living room. The two bedrooms each have a smart TV. Please note that is 2024 we cut the cord with traditional cable and will have Wifi throughout the condo and smart TVs in living room and bedrooms. brbrThe kitchen was renovated in 2022- contains a stacking washer/dryer and comes with all necessary appliances and utensils - microwave, Keurig coffee-maker (bring your own K-cups), toaster and dishwasher. Off the living room through a large sliding glass door is a private patio with table, chairs and a two burner gas grill. brbrThe master bedroom (with second full bathroom) has a large closet, new 42-inch Smart TV (no cable), queen-sized bed, two night-stands and a dresser. There is no AC in the bedrooms, but each has fans. brbrThe second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, one dresser, one nightstand, Smart TV and a large closet. There is no AC in the bedrooms, but each has fans. brbrBath towels (four bath towels, four hand towels, four wash cloths) and bed linens are provided. brbrIf guest passes are purchased through OE, pool towels are provided by the resort for use at poolside. Pets are also not allowed.brbrAs Golf Club Membership owners our guests are able to book tee times at the Ocean Edge Golf Course. We are able to offer our guests the option to obtain passes to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Mansion Fitness Center and all scheduled activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide, along with use of the Ocean Edge shuttle service. The condo is located in Eaton Village and is less than ½ mile from the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Center which contains both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a separate kiddie pool for small children. The Arbor pool, which is an outdoor pool with a bar and snack shack, is also about ½ mile away. brbrPool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at $20 daily or $70 per week for adults and $10 daily or $30 per week for children (2016 rates- may be changed). The passes DO NOT include access to the private beach. However, there are several local public beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. A short walk away you can find Dunkin Donuts, Luke Liquors, Kate's Seafood and Ice Cream, Lemon Tree Village Shops and Cape Cod's Museum of Natural of Natural History is about .5 miles away as well, but it is located on 6A so driving is recommended.brbrBeaches: brBrewster is known for the sunsets, seascape, hiking, kayaking, and stripe bass fishing! “Brewster is one of those gems that seems to have been built for the pail-and-shovel crowd, who lounge in the tidal pools or scramble to find fiddler and horseshoe crabs. When the tide is out, explore the tidal flats for shells, sea worms and crabs, or do some clamming. Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, museums galleries, fishing charters and whale watching all just a short drive away. Most weeks are already taken by satisfied returning renters and we hope you will become one of them. Deeded access to kettle pond! Location! Location!brbrWelcome to Cape Dream - This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home (plus outdoor shower!) has two beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed, the other with two twins and a pull-out twin portable bed. There is also a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom with a half bath and a second bedroom with two double beds. There is also a full bath on the second floor. You will enjoy plush mattresses in all of the bedrooms. Pillows, blankets are provided, as well as all beach and bath towels. Only bed linens are the responsibility of the guest, and we do assist in providing linen rental coordination if needed. brbrThe kitchen has stainless appliances and is fully equipped and stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials you will need to create wonderful dinners together. It is located in Brewster, Mass., at the private resort/gated community called Ocean Edge. It is has a private patio with a grill and there are only 2 abutting townhouse condos in the section. The condo has been recently renovated with two new bathrooms, new flooring throughout, all wood laminate, and newly furnished bedrooms. The condo has cable TV, TVs in all living areas, and a secure WiFi. There are A/C units in all living areas. This ideal location is very close to the beach, pools, golf courses, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path.brbrThe condo has everything you would need to live comfortably. A full kitchen has all the cooking ware, eating utensils needed and most pantry items needed, for those who want to cook. The family room has a large sectional sofa 2 sofa. There are various books and board games for your use and videos to watch. There is a dining area, that seats 6 comfortably, adjacent to the family room.brbrThe outdoor patio abuts a nice, pleasant grassy backyard area, with quiet woods to look upon. The patio has an outdoor table suitable to seat 6, and there is a gas grill for your use. brThe condo has a queen size bed in one bedroom and three full size mattresses in the other in a bunk style so one of the three mattresses there is a trundle. In short, there is comfortable sleeping space for 2 adults with three children OR four adults in total. . Both bedrooms have TVs. brbrDay passes to the Ocean Edge pools and fitness club are available for an additional fee of $20 per day for adults and $10 per day for children age 7-17. Children ages 6 and under are admitted free, accompanied by an adult. Weekly passes are $70 for adults and $30 for children ages 7-17. There are rentals available for bikes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (for use on Blueberry Pond), and other things for an additional fee. The passes do not include access to the Ocean Edge beach; however permits for a parking pass to park at the Brewster beaches can be purchased at the Town Hall for $20 per day, or $60 per week. Also, you can get a parking permit to Nauset Light Beach in Eastham for $20/day and $60 for an annual permit.brbrThe property is centrally located on Cape Cod, with so much to do. The Brewster town beaches and Nauset Beach (the National Seashore beach) in Eastham are accessible for a nominal fee. There are many ponds around for swimming and fishing. With the Brewster parking permit, you can swim, sun, or launch your boat at Long Pond. The Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path goes right by Ocean Edge, near the Rt. 6A entrance guard house on the golf side, and goes for several miles in both directions. For shorter trips, you can ride your bike, or walk, on the sidewalks and paths of the Ocean Edge property. Hiking and fresh-water fishing is great at Nickerson State Park, or enjoy nature on the Brewster Walking Trails. Several antique shops and art galleries are scattered all over Main Street in Brewster. The Brewster Store is a classic, old general store in the center of town, and still has store-roasted peanuts and penny candy! There are numerous restaurants in Brewster, Orleans, Harwich, and Chatham, and we'll be happy to give you recommendations if desired. Deep-sea fishing is available at Rock Harbor, Orleans, and Saquatucket Harbor in Harwich. We have always loved going to Pirate's Cove Golf Adventure for mini-golf in Yarmouth, but there are less-expensive mini-golf places right near the condo. Finally, there is excellent golfing at the Captain's Golf Course in Brewster. They have two, challenging 18 hole golf courses there, just 10-15 minutes from the condo. We love the Cape, and are always willing to discuss with you the various things to do.
