Central air/ heat, granite counter tops and new stainless-steel dishwasher and refrigerator. The stove and oven are electric. The bedroom features a queen mattress set, nightstand, reading lamp, dresser, TV (Firestick/ Apple TV) and decent sized closet. The bathroom has a deep tub and shower, linen closet and storage closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils and a new set of spices to get you started, and a dining table that seats two. The living room has a flat screen TV (Firestick/AppleTV) and sofa, coffee table, chair and footstools that can be used for additional seating. It also has a large walk-in closet next to the front door for more storage. brbrUnit is equipped with wireless internet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, Britta water pitcher, microwave, linens and towels, some light cleaning supplies and fire extinguisher as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations.brbrUnit doors are on secure, code-activated lock so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary.
